The powders were subjected to mechanical alloying process with a mechanical alloying device at 400 rpm for 30 minutes. Samples of each composition were formed by cold pressing the mixed powders with a one-way press device under 700 MPa pressure in the mold produced in ASTM –E8M standards. After pressing, it was sintered for two hours at 1250°C in an argon atmosphere gas environment. Therefore, it is vital to evaluate the drought and trend analysis. A total of 276 time series were evaluated to assess drought and determine the trend analysis. In this study, meteorological drought analysis and trend analysis were conducted for Şırnak province, located in the Northeastern Anatolia region, monthly and yearly time series using the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and linear trend analysis. Meteorological data (temperature and precipitation) from Şırnak province between 2000-2022 were utilized. The results showed that the region has different drought and wet types. Although there were periods of severe drought, normal drought levels were more observed. The wet and dry periods were identified, and the results were presented graphically. Trend analysis of temperature and precipitation was determined. The health resources in the DES model were kept constant. However, the results were obtained by including the statistical distributions of the processes in the DES. Length of stay (LOS), resource efficiency rates, patient genders, walking distance, time of processes, and age were considered input factors that affect patient waiting times. Prediction data were calculated using Neural Network (NN) and Random Forest (RF) models from ML algorithms. Testing and training phases of ML algorithms are set to 20% and 80%. The RF model performed best with low RMSE, MSE, MAE, and high R2 values. This model's RMSE, MSE, MAE, and R 2 values were calculated as 2.81, 1.67, 0.88, and 0.996, respectively. In this context, this study was conducted to analyze the use of the PhotoVoice method in science, social, and environmental education studies. To collect data, Web of Science (WoS) was selected as the source. As a database, it is one of the most used resources by all researchers, including many disciplines. It was tried to reach all the resources related to PhotoVoice. Only “#PhotoVoice” was used as a keyword. But English was selected as the language. As a result, 2690 documents were reached. All data was then downloaded as Tab Delimited File and saved in a format of .txt file. Secondly, the process of selecting documents related to education was followed. For this, the txt files are transferred into an Excel file and saved. Afterward, documents related to education (science, social science and environmental) were selected (N=88). Research finding showed that although PhotoVoice is widely used in the fields of environmental education (f=38, 43.2%) and social sciences (f=39, 44.3%), it has been used at a very low rate in science (f=11, 12.5%). However, the majority of the documents were published as articles (f=81, 92%). Review studies (f=7, 8%) were published in the fields of environmental education and social sciences. As of 2008, studies in the field of education have started to be published. Between 2008 and 2010, PhotoVoice studies in environmental education were published. The number of publications has increased in recent years, especially after 2017. The highest number of publications was reached in 2020 (f=23, 26.14%) and 2021 (f=19, 21.59), whereas the decrease was determined in 2022 (f=11, 12.5%). The distribution of publications by years and fields tends to increase towards environmental education and social sciences. Traditional classification techniques can be labor-intensive and time-consuming, presenting significant challenges. To address these issues, this study proposes a hybrid approach for raisin classification that combines Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). The PSO algorithm is utilized to optimize ANN models with the aim of enhancing the accuracy of raisin grain classification. Our research, conducted on a dataset consisting of 900 raisin grains from two distinct categories, evaluates the performance of the proposed hybrid PSO-ANN method in comparison to k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Random Tree (RT). The hybrid PSO-NN approach achieved a remarkable classification performance, demonstrating an accuracy rate of 100%, outperforming other methods under evaluation. The respective accuracies of KNN and RT were 87.39% and 94.91%. This outstanding performance underscores the efficacy of integrating PSO optimization with ANN in the field of raisin grain classification. Indeed, we can consider that these structures have arrived (or will arrive very soon) at the end of their useful life, hence the need to find technical and economic solutions to rehabilitate them in the most effective way possible. In the case of reinforced concrete bridges, very many suffer from an advanced state of degradation caused by prolonged exposure to an aggressive environment or even a continuous increase in use loads. In addition, for the old structures, the technical standards used for their design and dimensioning had to be modified from the date of their construction. Thus, certain structural elements in service no longer meet the performance requirements in terms of response to loads. Indeed, it is often less expensive to reinforce the structural elements of structures than to carry out a complete reconstruction, especially since following the evolution of technology, several methods of reinforcement remain available on the market and with prices more and more competitive, including that which consists of the external reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements with composite materials which, due to their strength/weight ratio and their resistance to external agents (non-corrodible product), have very interesting advantages if they are compared to steel whether it is used passively or actively (simple reinforcement or prestressed). In addition, these composite materials can be used both for shear and bending reinforcement for beams and for column containment. This work aims to use (FRP) Fiber Reinforced Plastics (materials generally formed of two main and distinct elements: the fiber "made from Glass" and the matrix "an epoxy resin which allows the transfer of loads between the fibers which improves the properties, in the long and short term"), to assess the influence of glass fibers on the general behavior of concrete, in particular on its resistance, its deformations and its ductility. The results obtained at the end of the cyclic loading tests of the specimens confirm the importance of the contribution that the confinement of the concrete specimens by FRP can bring in terms of resistance to compression and deformation observed following the realization of the static loading tests. Yatırımların doğru yerde olması için araştırma, tahmin, sınıflandırma gibi istatistiksel analizler yaparak uygun bölge ve illeri belirlenmesi önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Çanakkale iline ait güneş enerjisine ait güneş ışınım şiddeti için makine öğrenmesi yöntemleri ile yatırımcılar için ön çalışma amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle 2015-2019 yılları için güneş enerjisinden elde edilen güneş ışınım (günlük/saatlik) verileri kullanılarak Matlab programı aracılığı ile makine öğrenmesi algoritmasında sınıflama analizi dört temel algoritma ile Karar Ağaçları, Standartlaştırılmış Değişken Mesafeler, En Yakın Komşu Algoritması, Naive Bayes yapılmıştır. Leather is a strong, flexible, and long-lasting material, obtained from the tanning, or chemical treatment of animal skins and hides. Clothing, shoes, handbags, furniture, tools, and sporting goods can all be made from leather, and it is durable for many years. The main protein of leather, collagen can be grown artificially by using the process of biofabrication, which involves DNA modification. Additionally, it makes precise use of 3D printing technology to combine materials and cells to cultivate tissues. After introducing Lab-grown burgers, it is nowadays no surprise to bio-fabricate leather which is an environmentally friendly, efficient, and novel way of production. With the help of this technique, the leather may be produced with arranged elasticity, flexibility, and thickness. Kaynak, endüstriyel alanda, metal ve alaşımlarının birleştirilmesinde en çok tercih edilen bir imalat yöntemidir. Kaynaklı imalat esnasında kaynak operatörleri birçok mesleki tehlike ile karşı karşıya gelmektedir. Dünya çapında milyonlarca işçi günlük olarak zorlu kaynak duruşlarında çeşitli insan sağlığı ve iş güvenliği risklerine muhatap olmaktadır. Aktif kaynak uygulamaları yapılan işyerlerinde, çalışanların tekrar eden zorlu uygunsuz hareketlere maruz kalması kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarına sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, QEC indeksi ile yapılan çalışan postürü analizinde operatörlerin kas-iskelet rahatsızlıklarına maruz kaldığı bulunmuştur. Yapılan analizde en yaygın çalışılan kaynak pozisyonunda işlem yapan operatörün skorları bel için 46 puan çok yüksek, omuz/kol için 44 puan çok yüksek, boyun için 16 puan çok yüksek ve el/bilekler için ise 36 puan yüksek olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, diğer faktörlerden olan araç kullanma skoru 1 puan düşük riskli, titreşim skoru 4 puan orta riskli, iş temposu skoru 9 puan yüksek riskli ve stres skoru 16 puan yüksek riskli olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu skorlara göre, çalışan yüksek riskli çalışma hareketlerine maruz kaldığından “Ergonomik düzenleme en erken zamanda yapılmalıdır” önerisi sunulmuştur. Engelli bireylerin özel araca erişim veya yaya olarak ulaşım sağlayamama durumlarından dolayı toplu taşımaya ihtiyaç duyma oranı diğer insanlara göre daha yüksektir. Şehirler gelişirken şehir içi toplu taşıma sistemleri de beraberinde gelişmeler kaydetmektedir. Yolculuk şehirde yaşayan insanlar için bir zorunluluktur. Bu yolculuk taleplerinin en özel kısmını ise engelli bireyler oluşturmaktadır. Gün içerisinde toplu taşıma otobüslerini kullanarak bir yerden bir yere ulaşım sağlamak yolcular için bile zahmetli iken engelli yolcuların bu konuda yaşadığı zorluklar dikkat çekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Ankara’da bulunan engelli yolcuların toplu taşıma kullanırken kendileri için hazırlanmış mobil uygulamayı kullanarak kolayca istedikleri yönde ve yalnız olarak yolculuk yapabilmeleri amaçlanmaktadır. Engelli yolcular için hazırlanmış konforlu, planlı, rahat erişim sağlanabilen, otobüs ile haberleşmeli, ulaşımın daha rahat planlandığı, uygun olmayan otobüsler için ek servis planlamasının yapıldığı, rezervasyon yapılabilen ve istenildiği takdirde yolculuk talebinin iptal edildiği bir toplu ulaşım mobil uygulamasının, toplu ulaşımı daha cazip kılacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Engelli yolcuların toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanırken yaşadığı zorluklar bilinen bir gerçektir. Intercultural communication apprehension, on the other hand, is defined as the anxiety experienced when communicating with people from different groups. This study was conducted to determine the impact of intercultural communication apprehension level on the professional learning level among foreign national midwifery students. The data for this cross-sectional study was collected between February 2023 and April 2023. Prior to the study, approval was obtained from the Social and Humanities Research Ethics Committee of a University (Date: 27.02.2023 and Number: E-77192459- 050.99-224243). The population of the study consisted of foreign national students studying in the midwifery department of a university's health sciences faculty in Turkey (N=179). No sampling was performed, and data was collected from 86 students who agreed to participate in the study. The data for the study was collected online using the "Personal Information Form," "Sources and Problems of Motivation Scale," and "Intercultural Communication Apprehension Scale." SPSS version 23 was used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, and frequency were used to analyze the sociodemographic characteristics of the participants. The relationship between the scales was examined using Pearson correlation analysis. The data obtained was evaluated at a significance level of p&lt;0.05 and a confidence interval of 95%. The mean age of the students is 22.8 ± 1.7. The mean score for the Intercultural Communication Anxiety Scale (ICAS) is 48.5 ± 8.7, indicating that the students experience a moderate level of anxiety. The mean score for the Sources and Problems of Motivation Scale (SPMS) is 88.9 ± 12. There is a statistically significant moderate positive linear relationship between SPMS and ICAS scores among the students (r = 0.491, p &lt;0.001). This paper introduces an enhanced control method based on Smooth Approximation Super Twisting Algorithm (SASTA) for the Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) to achieve effective regulation of the critical load (CL) voltage to its nominal value while compensating for harmonics induced by the grid. The findings highlight the significance of the improved control method in enhancing the DVR's performance for voltage regulation and harmonic distortion compensation. By implementing this control system, the DVR successfully mitigates deviations in voltage amplitude and reduces harmonic distortions in the CL voltage, thereby improving power quality. To evaluate the performance of the proposed control method, extensive simulations are conducted using the MATLAB/Simulink SimPower System toolbox. Among the various chromogenic color changes, electrochromic methods are the fastest and easiest to control. Electrochromic materials are high-performance materials that are preferred both in the scientific world and in technological devices with their interesting electrochemical and optical properties. These materials can be inorganic or organic based, such as transition metal oxides, viologen systems and conductive polymers. Among them, electrochromic conductive polymers attract more attention with their superior mechanical, electrochemical and optical properties in portable electronics. Moreover, the ease and low cost of the synthesis procedures, as well as its low power and performance superiority, further solidify its rise among other materials in this sense. By modifying the chemical structures of conductive electrochromic polymers (or monomers) as desired, sharp and vivid color changes can be observed even at room temperature. In this study, it is desired to present a new technology design that is an alternative to the classical window glasses used in our country by using solar energy. The solar panel converts the sun's energy into electrical energy by using solar energy, and with this electrical energy, the opaque electrochromic glass changes color and becomes transparent. Thus, the glass makes the interior of the room show with this color change. This system, which works with a photovoltaic panel, operates the electrochromic glass with solar energy without the need for extra energy. For example, with this system, it also eliminates the need for curtains or roller blinds used in working and living areas and provide ease of use according to the desired conditions. This system can be used not only for this purpose, but also anywhere that is required for smart glass design and has solar energy potential. For this study, electrochromic smart glass obtained by placing polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) smart material and this material was sandwiched between indium tin oxide window films with the help of Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) layer. One way to increase the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCC) is by doping at the anode. At the same time, graphene paste was used instead of Pt cathode to reduce the cost. In this study, pure and Cobalt (Co+2) added TiO2 pastes were prepared to produce DSCC. Photovoltaic performances were determined by comparing pure and doped batteries with each other. For this purpose, pure and Co+2 added TiO2 pastes were first prepared. The resulting pastes were applied to FTO glasses with the doctor-blade method. Then, DSCCs were produced by sandwiching pure and Co+2 doped TiO2 photoanodes sensitized with N-719 dye with graphenecoated FTO thin films. The performance of the produced DSCCs was determined by Current Density (J) - Voltage (V) analysis. There was a certain increase in FF and Jsc values with doping. Regarding the ongoing intensive penetration of these terms into the Albanian language, it is necessary to translate them into Albanian and establish its standardisation. Günümüzde gelişen teknoloji sayesinde oyunların kullanım alanı artmış ve ticari olarak kullanımı görülmüştür. Kuruluşlar oyunları bir pazarlama aracı olarak kullanmakta ve tüketicinin ilgisini bu şekilde çekmeye çalışmaktadırlar. Bu sayede pazarladıkları ürünün reklam tanıtımını oyunlarda gösterilmesi sağlanmıştır. Oyun içerikli reklamlar, video oyunları veya mobil uygulamalar aracılığıyla tüketicilere ulaşmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu tür reklamlar, tüketicilerin oyun oynarken veya uygulama kullanırken maruz kaldığı içeriklerle entegre edilir. Gıda sektöründeki markalar, oyun içerikli reklamların sunduğu birçok avantajı değerlendirmiştir. Oyun içerikli reklamlar, geniş bir kitleye erişim sağlamaktadır. Mobil oyunlar ve uygulamalar, milyonlarca insan tarafından oynanmaktadır ve bu da markalar için potansiyel bir reklam platformu sunar. Oyun içerikli reklamlar, hedef kitleye doğrudan ulaşma ve marka bilinirliğini artırma konusunda etkili olmaktadır. Buna ek olarak oyun içerikli reklamlar, kullanıcılara etkileşimli ve eğlenceli bir deneyim sağlamaktadır. Oyunlar, tüketicilerin aktif olarak katıldığı ve ilgiyle takip ettiği bir platformdur. Markalar, oyun içerikli reklamlar aracılığıyla tüketicilerle etkileşim kurabilir, ödüller sunabilir ve marka sadakatini artırabilir. Kuruluşlar, marka bilinirliğini ve pazarladıkları ürünün satışını artırmak amacıyla bu yola başvurmaktadırlar. Sulfur (S) doped reduced graphene oxide (S-rGO), copper (II) oxide (CuO), and different conducting polymers such as polyaniline (PANI), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) and polypyrrole (PPy) were used as a one of the components of nanocomposites. Electrochemical performances were performed by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge / discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. EIS measurements were analyzed by Nyquist, Bode-magnitude, Bode-phase, and Admittance plots. Long-term stability tests were obtained by CV method using 1000 charge/discharge performances at a scan rate of 100 mV×s-1 . With the increasing amount of data, it has made it possible to make inferences about people, products, companies and many other areas. Various fields of study have emerged to process and analyze the data. One of these fields of study is sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is the analysis of data from different sources such as text, sound or image by classifying the attitude towards a subject as positive, negative or neutral. In this study, sentiment analysis was performed using Sentiment140 dataset created through Twitter application, one of the digital social network platforms. After preprocessing on the dataset containing English Tweet messages, Bernoulli Naive Bayes, Linear Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression and artificial neural network algorithms LSTM and CNN methods were used in a hybrid way. Classification results were evaluated with f1 score. Araştırmada, Türkiye’nin yedi farklı bölgesine ait şehirlerde bulunan vakıf ve devlet üniversitelerinde, dijital dönüşüm ismiyle veya aynı amaca hizmet eden farklı isimlerle kurulmuş olan dijital dönüşüm ofisleri; vizyon, misyon, personel sayısı, kuruluş tarihleri, alt birimleri ve faaliyetleri gibi temel başlıklar dikkate alınarak irdelenmiştir. Toplamda 81 ilde 7 bölgede bulunan üniversitelere ait dijital dönüşüm ofisleri çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Türkiye'deki toplam 19 adet DDO’ya ait bulgular listelenmiştir. Sonuçlar, dijital teknolojileri kullanarak öğrencilere ve akademisyenlere esnek bir eğitim süreci sağlayacak, tüm iş süreçlerinde verimliliği arttıracak dijital dönüşümün üniversiteler için önemli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. This phenomenon has been quite widespread in the historical development of the morphological structure of Albanian language. It is spread throughout the morphological system of variable parts of speech. Thematizations of grammatical forms are new linguistic states obtained for psychological, social, and linguistic reasons. In the noun system, the most numerous and obvious cases of thematization of grammatical forms are observed in the grammatical category of number. The most common process has been to use many grammatical plural forms as singular. These conversions from the plural form to the singular are generally called singularized plurals. Due to the occurrence of this phenomenon in different periods - often even in very old periods - they have completely replaced the singular and formed a new plural. The thematization of grammatical forms should not only be ascertained but should also be followed historically. In conventional suspensions, there is an undesirable continuous force transfer from the ground to the user according to the action-reaction principle of the existing spring and damper used in the suspension system. Although the mass-spring-damper parameters are well adjusted in a conventional suspension, this transmitted force transfer cannot be reduced to zero. The main purpose of this study will be a magnetic suspension design to eliminate this undesirable situation. In the designed magnetic suspension, the magnet on the linear guide system will be tried to be kept in the zero transmitted force position with the help of only magnetic forces without any mechanical contact and lubrication. A total of 3 magnets will be used in the proposed magnetic suspension system. The magnet on the linear guide will be capable of free sliding and this sliding magnet will be actuated by the rotary magnets standing in a fixed position at ends of the linear guide system by using the repulsive or pulling forces. The position control of the sliding magnet is achieved by a PID control. Reklamlar, ürünleri, hizmetleri veya fikirleri tanıtmak, tüketici ilgisini çekmek ve satışları artırmak için kullanılan etkili bir iletişim aracıdır. Tüketici, belirli bir reklama bakarak göründüğünden daha fazla anlamı belleğine kaydedebilir ve bu anlamlar, tüketici satın alma isteğine etki eder. Reklam üreticileri de tüketicilerin ilgisini çekebilmek için görsellere farklı anlamlar yükler. Reklamlarda görülen bu tür anlamları açıklamak göstergebilimsel analiz sayesinde mümkündür. Göstergebilimsel analiz, sembolik anlamların neyi temsil ettiğini ve nasıl algılandığını anlamamıza yardımcı olmaktadır. Reklamların göstergebilimi, reklamların görsel unsurlarının çözümlenmesini içermektedir. Birçok reklam, geleneksel cinsiyet rollerini yansıtan ve genellikle erkekleri güçlü gösteren görseller kullanır. Bu tür temsiller, toplumdaki cinsiyet eşitsizliğini pekiştirebilir ve kadınları belirli kalıplara hapseder. Bu çalışmada, Penguin Books yayınevinin “Yazar Kulaklıkları” reklam kampanyası göstergebilimsel açıdan incelenmiştir. Bu incelemede Roland Barthes’ın göstergebilimsel yöntemi dahilinde düz anlam, reklamın tüketiciye iletmek istediği yan anlamlar ve bu anlamın mit boyutu irdelenmiştir.
