RGB ve Multispektral İHA Görüntülerinin Parsel Tabanlı Analizi için Yerel Web CBS Platformunun Geliştirilmesi ve İşlevsel Doğrulanması

Abstract

İnsansız hava aracı (İHA) ile elde edilen multispektral görüntüler, bitki gelişimi ve stres
değişimlerinin yüksek mekânsal çözünürlükte izlenmesini sağlar; ancak ham görüntülerin kalite kontrolü,
fotogrametrik işlenmesi, harita olarak yayımlanması ve aynı parsellerin farklı tarihlerde karşılaştırılması
çoğunlukla birbirinden kopuk araçlarla yürütülür. Bu çalışmada, HealthyTomato projesinin saha gözlem
gereksinimleri için RGB ve multispektral İHA verilerini uçtan uca işleyen yerel bir web coğrafi bilgi
sistemi geliştirilmiştir. M3M Harita adı verilen sistem, görünür kırmızı-yeşil-mavi (RGB) görüntüler ile
Green, Red, Red Edge ve yakın kızılötesi (NIR) bantlarını doğrulamakta; RGB ve multispektral
ortofotoları ayrı OpenDroneMap işlerinde üretmekte ve çıktıları Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFF biçiminde
sunmaktadır. TiTiler tabanlı bant matematiğiyle NDVI, NDRE, GNDVI, kırmızı kenar klorofil indeksi ve
OSAVI katmanları istek anında hesaplanmaktadır. MapLibre tabanlı arayüz, bant ve renk kompoziti
seçimi, nokta sorgusu ve görüntü ayarlarını desteklemektedir. Çizilen veya kayıtlı parseller için geçerli
piksel kapsamı ile bant ve indeks özetleri hesaplanmakta; aynı geometriyi kapsayan uçuşlar zaman
serisinde birleştirilerek CSV ve PDF biçimlerinde dışa aktarılmaktadır. Belirlenen araştırma alanından
alınan gerçek uçuş verileriyle yapılan işlevsel doğrulama, yüklemeden parsel raporuna kadar bütün
adımların aynı yerel altyapıda çalıştığını göstermiştir. Sistem, hastalık sınıflandırıcısı veya kalibre edilmiş
yaprak alan indeksi modeli olarak sunulmamaktadır; bu amaçlar için saha ölçümü, hastalık etiketi ve
bağımsız doğrulama gereklidir. Sonuç olarak geliştirilen platform, domates gelişimi ve hastalık riskinin
ileride mekânsal-zamansal modellenmesi için tekrarlanabilir bir veri ve analiz temeli sağlamaktadır.
